    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Ask a Question
    • Where are the Gardzen 10 gallon grow bags with access flap made in?

They are made in China with great quality !

    • I saw instructions on how to grow potatoes in a 10 gallon grow bag. What are the instructions for growing red beets?

Here are the instructions for growing red beets:

      1. Planting Seeds

Sowing: Sow seeds directly into a grow bag about 1/2 inch (1.2 cm) deep.

Spacing: Space seeds about 2–3 inches apart.

      2. Thinning

Once seedlings reach 2 inches in height, thin them so there is only one plant every 3–4 inches. This prevents crowding and ensures large, round bulbs.

      3. Care & Maintenance

Sunlight: Place the bags in a location that receives at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily.

Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.

      4. Harvesting

You can harvest "baby beets" when they are about 1 inch in diameter. For full-size beets, wait until they are 2–3 inches wide (usually 50–70 days after planting).

    • Are your grow bags made out of polypropylene or recycled plastic water bottles? Thank you!

Hi, our grow bags are made from 10% nylon + 90% polyester.

    • How much soil do you put in the bag for potatoes?

It needs about 1.5 cubic feet soil.

    • How many carrots should I grow in the 10 gallon size

At least 14 carrots. Thin carrot plants to stand 1 inch apart when seedlings are 3 inches high.
