Refund and Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gardzen within 30 days of delivery with no reason for a full refund. Please contact us at service@gardzenonline.com for return instruction.
If you have used the item for a while and there are some using problem that make you want to return, please click contact us and we will issue it with replacement or refund as soon as possible within 24 hours.
