Exchanges and Replacements

You can create replacement and exchange orders by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.

Refund and Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gardzen within 30 days of delivery with no reason for a full refund. You can select your order in the Online Returns Center. After you've followed the prompts in the Online Returns Center

Prepare your package for return. Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.

If you have used the item for a while and there are some using problem that make you want to return, please click contact us and we will issue it with replacement or refund as soon as possible within 24 hours.
