1. I don't have Paypal account, can I pay for orders with Credit or Debit Card?

Yes, you can. Add your Wishlist items to cart,
(1). Complete shipping information,
(2). Click "Pay with PayPal",
(3). You will be redirected into PayPal page,
(4). Click "Pay with Credit or Debit card",
(5). Input card number and click "Continue",
(6). Pay now and complete order. 

2. What if the item I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

We apologize for this issue, please feel free to contact us if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, pictures of the item showing the problem would be better for us to find solution.We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

3. How do I  return the item?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gardzen within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us for return instruction. If there are problems with the product in using, please contact us for corresponding compensation.

4. What do I do If I have missing items in my order?

We apologize for this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us with your Order ID, we will issue it soon with replacement or partial refund.

5. What if I forgot my password?

Please go the page of LOGIN, click “Forgot  your password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
