1. How do I place my order?


Firstly, when you enter into the product page, click buy on Amazon.
Secondly, after you get into our Amazon order detailed page, click buy now.
Thirdly, checkout page, fill in shipping information.
Fourthly, if you have code, after all information are done, input the code and then apply.
Finally, submit and then pay for the order.

2. How can I know my order's status?

Because all of our orders are fulfilled by Amazon. So after your order sent out, Amazon will send you tracking number by email. Or you can check it by clicking here.

3. I don't have Paypal account, can I pay for orders with Credit or Debit Card?

Yes, it can. Add you wishlist items to cart,
(1). Complete shipping information,
(2). Click continue to shipping,
(3). Choose shipping method and continue to payment,
(4). Complete order,
(5). Click pay with credit or debit card,
(6). Input your card number and pay now


4. What if the item I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

We apologize for this issue, please feel free to contact us if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item showing the problem would be better for us to find solution.We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

5. How do I  return the item?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Gardzen within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us for return instruction. If there are problems with the product in using, please contact us for corresponding compensation.

6. What do I do If I have missing items in my order?

We apologize for this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us with your Order ID, we will issue it soon with replacement or full refund.

7. What if I forgot my password?

Please go the page of LOGIN, click “Forgot  your password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
